These are minor changes
- Fixed bar decoration having gaps at certain scales
- Bar reduction drain speed is now percantage based, meaning it should drain faster on boss bars as compared to the status bars
- Slightly increase gap between boss bars
- Default party gauge scale changed from 8.6 -> 8.125
- Added text shadow to the experience gain counter
