Soul Ice

Added New Nether Biome "Soul Husk"

• In it is two new blocks! Ignidia Ice and Mulvite.
• Yes it originally was gonna be Soul Ice instead, but Ignidia Ice fit nicer. The name will probably change.
• THIS WILL PROBABLY BE BUGGY, AND PERHAPS CAUSE ISSUES
  • If this happens, please inform me (Siuolplex)

Added the aforementioned "Ignidia Ice" and "Mulvite" blocks

• Mulvite is nothing to write home about, just a basic block for the most part.
• Ignidia Ice has a LOWER slipperiness value than regular blocks, compared to Soul Ice's higher slipperiness, this creates a neat effect though.

Added the Evokation staff, to evoke the evoker fangs

• Lots of evoking!
