- changed Wither Skull drop rate to 10%
- made Withers drop Wither Stars
- adjusted Battle Chat text prompt position
- adjusted Battle Chat bubble position (still has some issues im trying to work out)
(should be the last 1.3 version if there's no more major issues, next is 1.4)
