Some more bug fixes, Powered Lanterns, Strange Flint, and Suspicous Blocks

Powered Lanterns can be interacted with directly by the player or through redstone to be toggled on and off. They will turn off when updated by any means (this is a known bug and I'm looking into it, but hey if people like it can be a feature).
Suspicous Blocks exist in Creative/command and currently do not spawn in the world. Next Beta will have structures that they can spawn in. I'm open to community builds if people wish! I'm not that creative nor good at building myself, so any tips or help would be gratefully appreciated!!
Strange Flint is implemented mostly as a stepping stone for higher level production for later game materials/farms.

Many Soul Sand/Gravel recipes implement a new item: Strange Flint.
Strange Flint can be crushed to make Flint Dust.
Netherrack crushing recipe should no longer be missing.
Washing Deep Sand yields more Tritonium Nuggets on average.
Asurine Chunks now require two Strange Flint and two less Tuff Chunks.
Strange Flint, Tritonium Nuggets, and Veridium Chunks can now be mixed to create End Stone Chunks.
Iron or Steel can be used with Strange Flint or Flint to craft Flint & Steel.

Soul Gravel can now drop Strange Flint periodically much like Gravel drops Flint.

Fixed a couple of missing textures/missing models.
Fixed Tungsten Lantern and Tungsten Soul Lantern showing up twice in the Creative Tab.

Upcoming plans

Better End Stone production, as well as Myalite production if Quark is installed.
Lead Paint. Mostly just a funny idea and gimmick. It'll be dyable for colour options, but you can also eat it and it'll poison you.
Similar to Tiny Progressions' Growth Crystals, I want to make Jade blocks make plants and crops grow faster.
Have Leaded Quartz Glass update each other so you can have large windows that can be turned on and off all at once.
Removal of Growing Emeralds by figuring a better Emerald Automation system besides just Haunting Veridium Chunks.
