Changes:
Hardcore Mode(if enabled) upon death with lives will now turn on the gamerule "UsuableContinues"
Fix:
Dying with "Lives Active" would turn on the gamerule "UsuableContinues" even if the gamerule was off which would essentially turn the world into Hardcore Mode
