Some More Enchantments

Major update with an in game guide, new enchantments, fixes, and updated to 1.21.9

Added

• In game enchantment guide through the dialog system accessible from the pause menu

New Enchantments

• Added horse armor enchantments:
  • Charger: increases horse speed
  • Frost Rider: frost walker for horses
• Added a happy ghast harness enchantment:
  • Updraft: increases ghast flying speed

Changed

• Light Footed enchantment is nerfed to only +0.5 block step height
• Greater efficiency now less common in enchanting tables
