Some More Enchantments

Small update that adds some new enchantments and changes some old ones.

New Enchantments Added

• Greater Looting
• Greater Lure
• Cowardly
• New survival unobtainable enchantment: Rocket

Changed

• Multishot now works on bows
• Experience enchantment is now buffed: works on all tools and weapons
• Levitator is now incompatible with Fire Aspect and Withering
• Encumberment now only goes to level 3
• Small QoL changes to enchantments
