Fixed

• A crash related to color provider for Leaf Litter and Clover blocks. (#17 and #22)
• Oak Mosaic Stairs without correct breaking tool. Now can be easily break with Axe.
• All Shingles Stairs not able to be collected. Now a pickaxe of any tier is required. (#19)
• Pink Concrete Tiles not able to be collected when placed. Now a pickaxe of any tier is required.
• Pink Concrete Bricks not able to be collected when placed. Now a pickaxe of any tier is required.
• Polished Ice Slab was collectable without silk touch tools. Now a tool (preferred pickaxe) with silk touch is required.
• When interact with an Axe on Stripped Logs/Woods, doesn't transform into Carved Log/Wood.
• When interact with an Axe on Waxed Copper Pillar, the axis was not preserved.
• An issue where unregistered blocks would attempt to be registered as VALID_BLOCK for ConduitBlockEntity. We've completely removed the functionality of using Prismarine blocks from Some More Blocks for active conduits. (#18)
