Signs

• Signs now preserve their original glow state from the schematic data

Global Override

• New $schematic command to force all placements to the same mode: $schematic off, $schematic normal, $schematic solid, $schematic perplacement
• Cycle button in the config screen header to toggle between per-placement and forced modes
• Override resets on world join

• Removed glow stripping that was incorrectly forcing all schematic signs to non-glow
