Oxidized - Softi's Copper

This is the very first stable beta of the mod: "Oxidized" AKA "Softi's Copper"

Introductions include:

• The copper, loded-alloy, and lightning paths of progression
• Copper pots, Loded Fluxers, recontextualization of lodestones, Magnets, Loded-boots, Copper Chimes, Copper Receivers and Distributors, Tuning Forks, Copper Bugles, and finally the Lightning in a bottle
• Advancements, sounds, all that good modded stuff you'd expect with all this being added.
• There's also support for just enough items so everything is readable now!

Things needing to be done:

• The Bugle rework
• I really want a recipe in JEI to show the copper chimes can be electrocuted, but whatever man i can live if i can't get it working (fuck you mcreator stop holding me back)
