Sniffer Overhaul

BUG FIXES:

• The mod now fully supports JEI
• Items (fishing rods) have been added to the Creative menu - Tools

NEW FEATURES:

• Added a Sniffer visual compass that shows how far away a biome or structure is (it also rotates with the player's view)

!Locator

• Hostile mobs will now ignore a player riding a Sniffer (tamed)

• A button has been added to the inventory that allows you to change the biome detection range: 1500, 5000, and 10000 blocks !Button

• A hint has also been added to indicate what each stick is searching for.
