v1.0.3 - Fix Spectator Mode on Quit

Fixed spectator mode issue when player quits during arena preparation phase
Added duel cancellation mechanism for async arena generation
When any player quits during preparation, the duel is cancelled immediately
Arena is cleaned up and both players' data is restored when duel is cancelled
Async arena generation callback now checks for cancellation status before proceeding
Players who quit during preparation will have their data restored on rejoin

v1.0.3 - 修复旁观模式退出问题
- 修复玩家在准备阶段退出后重新登录仍为旁观模式的问题
- 添加异步场地生成的取消机制
- 准备阶段任何一方退出时立即取消决斗
- 决斗取消时清理场地并恢复双方玩家数据
- 异步场地生成回调现在会先检查取消状态
- 准备阶段退出的玩家重新登录时会恢复数据
