Changes from V-2.1.1HF:
1. Fixed [sls] prefix appearing twice:
- [SLS] prefix would appear twice when the info command was ran with no servers running
- Example output: "[SLS] [SLS] No servers are currently online"
2. Fixed "/sls info" cmd not appearing for users without the "sls.command.admin" tag.
3. Updated console text to be more informative.
4. Added proxy shutdown message in console.
