Adds the Slime Sling and Slime Boots from Tinker's Construct

Slime Boots let you bounce on any surface and prevent fall damage !Slime Boots Crafting Recipe

Slime Sling let's you launch yourself by charging it while looking away from a block, you get launched further if you perfectly release at 1 seconds, indicated by a sound !Slime Sling Crafting Recipe

The Datapack and Resourcepack are the same file, that means you have to put it both in the resourcepacks and datapacks folder

Uses the Player Motion Library for the Slime Sling
