Slabbed 0.4.2-beta.1 for Minecraft 26.1.2.

Highlights

• Backported the 0.4.2-beta.1 targeting and placement improvements from the 26.2 line.
• Made stairs slab-friendly, with lowered stair collision aligned to the lowered visual body.
• Made scaffolds slab-friendly, so lowered scaffolding can be climbed and passed through at the slab-adjusted height.
• Improved WYSIWYG slab placement so slabs land where the crosshair aimed, including lowered side-click cases.
• Fixed several Terrain Slabs compatibility issues, including fresh-world render-region crashes, terrain world holes, block-on-TS behavior, and double-tall vegetation flushness.
• Improved model, outline, and raycast agreement for offset-aware crosshair targeting.
• Fixed redstone torch particles, slab-height step connections, lowered stair collision, and chain/pointed-dripstone support behavior.
