New things:

• The generation of the islands is now using my own noise, rather than some random noise that was already in the game.
  • Consequently, island generation is different. Islands generate closer together, but are smaller.
• Added flooding in ocean and river biomes.
• Buffed sugarcane spawning, so it isn't incredibly rare anymore
• Added a new pack.png
