New routes! Right-click the Sky Trader with an item:

• Explorer Map: Fly to the structure marked on the map
• Bed: Fly to your own spawn point
• Compass: Fly to world spawn

Sneak + right-click to reset the route and default to the nearest village

• Added turbulence during rain and thunderstorms (configurable)
• Killing a Ghast which had previously been a Sky Trader Ghast will no longer grant the Uneasy Alliance advancement
• Increased default cruising speed by ~33%. This only affects default configs, and will not override custom values
• Changed ETA to display as hh:mm:ss instead of just seconds
