Client-side mod that reverts Hypixel SkyBlock's resource-pack update: blocks the forced resource pack and restores vanilla item models, skulls, and paper-item appearance.

- Item data refreshed: 1883 additional item mappings and 374 additional skull mappings.
- New option
keepUnmappedPackTexture(default on): items SkyBack has no mapping for keep the server pack's model instead of rendering as plain paper. Only applies while the server pack is loaded (blockServerResourcePackoff). - Added resource-pack state tracking, so SkyBack knows whether the server's custom textures are currently loaded and reacts to resource reloads.
