Added

• Minecraft support down to 1.19. Instead of a single jar for 1.21+, each API era now gets its own: 1.19–1.19.4, 1.20–1.21.4, 1.21.5–1.21.10, 1.21.11 and 26.2. The boundaries are not arbitrary — they are exactly where Mojang changed things: sendSuccess took a Supplier in 1.20, ClickEvent/HoverEvent became records in 1.21.5, and 1.21.11 replaced numbered permission levels with named ones.
• tools/build_all.py — builds every era with one command and runs check_api.py against each jar's full declared range. A release where some jar reaches for an API missing from its own range cannot go out.

Changed

• The filename says what the jar runs on: skinlibrary-fabric-1.20-1.21.4-2.1.0.jar instead of skinlibrary-2.1.0.jar. With five jars per release, the mod version alone told you nothing.
• Clickable skin list now works on every version. On 1.21–1.21.4 the list used to come out without clickable entries, because one jar had to cover both chat APIs. Each era now has its own src/compat/<era>/Compat.java and nothing degrades.
• Build moved to Gradle 9.6.1 and Loom 1.17 — the older Loom could not build 1.21.11.
