Skilled Marksman
Modifies bow behaviour to require some skill, increasing aim randomness the longer the bow is held fully charged.
This mod idea came up from an AboutOliver stream, where chat was complaining about bows not being predictable. An idea came up to give a bow 100% accuracy when first fully charged, then have that accuracy drop as it's held. That is the purpose of this mod.
Bows will be 100% accurate the moment they are fully charged up, and then the accuracy will steadily drop back to normal over the next 5 seconds.
