Added support for neoforge!

Added a target dummy item made with 1 armor stand in the center in the crafting table, right-click with an empty hand to pick the target dummy back up

Added runescape-like health bars above damaged entities

Improved the visual design and layout of the skills/combat/kills panels, now they render as tabs all together off the left-side

Fixed various benefits of skills not working
