1.0.0 FULL RELEASE IS OUT!!!

Rebalances:

• Added that bigger mobs drop more loot,
• Added that bigger players mine more blocks,
• Added that bigger players take less fall damage.

Updated Player Scale Percentages:

• 1% for 0.01x,
• 30% - 0.02x - 0.89x,
• 30% 0.9x - 1.19x,
• 20% - 1.2x - 5.99x,
• 18% - 5x - 9.99x,
• 0.9% - 10x,
• 0.1% - 30x.

Added Commands:

• added a "/size reroll" alias: /reroll command (mostly for debugging),
• Added /size percentage command,
• Added a roll rig command which works like this: "/Size rollrig {Scale} {Player} which sets the scale for the players next roll,
• Added a "/Size Bosses_Scale" command which i think is pretty self explanatory,
• Added a "/size disableeffects" command which disables every effect and sound played for rolling sizes. (forgot to make it non-op i will fix that in the next update.)

Bug Fixes:

• Bigger players now spawn with all their health,
• Bigger players couldnt hear anything.

Misc:

• Changed the mod icon.
• Added a join message to check if the mod is loaded
• Added a Size Roll Animation.
