Siren's Aquariums

Hey look its finally available for 1.20.1 !!! I even tossed in a few changes, and don't hold your breath but I'm considering a full redo.

• Updated to 1.20.1
• Tanks now will waterlog themselves if another tank is above them and waterlogged.
• Added the siphon and item that is crafted with a string and bucket. This item sucks the water out of a waterlogged block!
