• Bump version to 0.1.4

Server

• Added configurability for join message.
• Cleaned up shutdown code.
• Centralize access to FormHandler, so we have less instances of this.
• Added Web-Config ovverride: - Affects index.html and styles.css - Allows files in the /web dir to be ovverriden and customized.
• Fabric:
  • Added shutdown hook (was missing) so server doesn't hang on stop.
• Better logging for Websocket errors.
• Spigot:
  • Add a 'confirm' arg to /svg pswd
  • If the password is missing, attempt to open GeyserForms if player is bedrock.

Client

• Brand new UI (Blocky Update)
  • Introduces a higher-quality UI that feels more like Minecraft
  • Older UI still available at /legacy.html.
  • We are planning to keep both available, but prefer the new one.
• Removes the Dev options, as they are no-longer in use.
• Rewrites lang.js to be more class based.
• Add some helper functions to lang.js to help manage and set elements for language.

Docs

• Warn user about Spigot password logging issue. And /svg pswd {Password} confirm requirement.
