SimpleScrollToolTips
Ever hovered an item with so many enchantments and stats that its tooltip spills past the top and bottom of the screen? Vanilla just clamps it to the edge and the rest is lost. SimpleScrollToolTips lets you scroll and panany tooltip with your mouse!

- Independent tooltip scale: a
tooltip_scaleoption (Mod Menu slider) renders tooltips at their own scale, separate from the global GUI scale. Set it below 1.00 to shrink oversized tooltips so they fit — without having to lower your GUI scale and shrink your whole inventory/HUD. Works in every GUI (vanilla and modded).1.00= off (native size).
