Added profile management to the Simple GUI API settings screen with save, load, rename, delete, validation, Unicode names, and persistence.
Kept the Profiles button exclusive to Simple GUI API so dependent mods do not display it.
Fixed settings rows, text, sliders, and color previews changing size after fullscreen and window resizing; larger screens now show more entries at the same row height.
Fixed the Minecraft 1.21.x settings screen and updated the Minecraft 1.21.11 Mod Menu integration.
Added footer reload actions, scrolling button labels, per-state button colors, and ItemListEntry API support.
