Added

• Redstone Frequency Control - New optional mode to control radio frequency via redstone signal strength
  • Enable with redstone_frequency: true in config
  • Frequency automatically matches redstone power level (0-15)
  • When power is 0, radio automatically switches to Output mode
• Configurable Redstone Mode - New config option radio-block.redstone_frequency (default: false)

Controls Updated

• Shift + Right-click - Change frequency (manual mode only)
• Right-click - Toggle Input/Output mode

• Removed redundant conditions in event handling
• Optimized block interaction logic
