Simple Team Generator

added:

• teams:remove dialog for removing Teams
• List-Function is formated in Pages (counter goes up to 32 pages, more pages possible)

changed:

• the function for listing Teams is now called teams:list instead of teams:list1
• each Team in the list function has extra Buttons for joining, listing the Members and removing it
• the Team naem is shown when hovering over the formated Name (instead of being in brackets) for saving space

fixed:

• teams:join dialog does work for players without op-level 2
• the teams:take_copy1 function does now corectly pick up up to 200 Teams
