Simple RTP

New changes and features

• Now the teleportation radius can be counted from (0,0) or from the player's position
• You can add a customizable sound when the user teleports
• Now messages can be displayed in the chat or in the action bar
• Added function to RTP other players using /rtp username (requires srtp.rtp.others permission)
