_Scraper: CURRENTLY BACK UP!

Symbol Fix: Fixed "cannot find symbol" errors by updating GameProfile methods to .id() and .name() for modern Fabric.
Visibility Engine: Rewrote the receiver to use ClientReceiveMessageEvents, finally allowing you to see bubbles from other players on all servers.
Event Hooks: Switched from local player scanning to NetworkHandler tab-list scanning to ensure everyone in the area gets a bubble.
Compatibility: Full support for Minecraft 1.20.x+ record-based profile structures.
