- Added config for boat visual effects
- Added server-synced config for boat performance values

- Boat performance config can only be accessed in a world, or in multiplayer with operator permissions
- Added proper links and credits to mod description
- Increased sailboat and motorboat default speeds to 10 b/s and 12 b/s respectively
- Motorboat engine sounds now originate from the engine position
- Sailboat and motorboat recipes in the recipe book are now condensed
- Removed YACL from required dependency, it is now only optional
