Added 3 types of alert lights. Green, Red and Yellow. They are simply redstone lamps but with color. There is only 3 colors because these are designed to make traffic lights or level crossings.

Added Crusher. Crusher looks like an old stonecutter but it's usable! Right click it and put your useless items. Then click clear button and done!

Removed Old Stonecutter. It got replaced with Crusher.
