Strength SMP - Season IV

• Changed the Sword Combo accepting Crits now (Note: while it now accepts critting the auto critting passive of the sword only activates when you dont crit for obvious reasons...)
• Changed the Sword ultimate to actually have no attack speed
• Made it easier to notice the particles given by the sword ultimate
• Changed the crit sound made by the auto critting passive to trigger the sound AS the victim not the attacker
• Changed the activation of the passives and ultimate threshold:
  • Passive: 3 ---> 5
  • Ultimate: 5 ---> 10
• Changed the strength status command:
  • Changed it to make the weapon text be bolded
  • Changed it to make the title "Strength" and "Weapon" to use a gradient instead of a flat color
  • Changed the strength level to use a gradient instead of a flat color
  • Changed the command to display both entries at the same height
• Changed some of the features in the reroll weapon:
  • Axe is now using a gradient instead of a flat color
  • Changed the sword to use a gradient color instead of using a flat color
  • Changed the bow's color
• Changed the axe's stun sound to be triggered at the victim
• Added some extra particles to the axe's stun passive
• Changed the reroll weapon to not show particles after using it
• changed the reroll weapon to not beable to reroll to the spear weapon
• Added more crit particles to the sword ultimate
• Added Cooldowns to all weapons (The cooldown is currently 5 minutes, will be configurable in a future update.)
