- Switched to a multiloader setup to support NeoForge and Fabric
- Added mycelium overlays
- Removed the block restrictions system because it made a lot of problems and I expect it was unused anyways. If you need it, tell me and I'll cry and then maybe reintroduce it later.

- Probably some new bugs
