Minor changes & major bug fixes.

Blocks

Deepslate Stairs, Slabs and Walls no longer emit a Redstone signal.
Changed various blocks (including slabs, stairs & walls) to no longer use tick rating.
- It means that those blocks should be more optimized.
Changed various slabs & walls so they no longer let light pass through.
- I'm sorry to all the people who abused this exploit. Myself included!
