Shock collar

Overview

• Adds a new item called "Shock remote" that allows fine tuning of collars and, well, shocking.
• Throw a bell, clicker and lightning rod on the ground to craft it.

How to use

• Right click in mainhand to shock(will not kill or damage armor)
• Rightclick in mainhand while sneaking to switch leashing distances (follow mode gives step height, prevents getting stuck on terrain)
• Hold in offhand to shock automatically
• Hold in offhand while sneaking to recall player to a nearby armor stand

Notes

• Ownership not implemented yet, this will affect every single players wearing a collar.
• You can suggest features/ports and report bugs in the discord.
