1.3.9.3 Dev Build Changelog (Dynamic Dojutsu)

Dojutsu Fixes:

• Fixed Custom Dojutsu GUI not following the GUI scale correctly
• Fixed Kamui not teleporting players correctly.
• Sharingan Copy ability (WIP) This will work sometimes, and sometimes it wont.  
• Fixed Ketsuryugan not allowing custom eyes
• I removed the eye changing color as it was completely broken, and I will be revamping it.
• Fixed Kagatsuchi and Kamui Shuriken disappearing.

Taijutsu:

• Certain Taijutsu are locked behind ranks or certain requirements. (Arhast and Disturbtion haven't been made yet.)
• Drunken Fist has been added
• New drinkables for Drunken Fist
• Fixed the Drunk meter staying after Death.
• Drunken Meter HUD was added. (WIP)

General Fixes:

• Fixed Kimimaro Bone's not appearing for players.
• Fixed some small steel kg problems
• Added a new jutsu called Abyss Chains. It's an AOE stun capable of draining minuscule amounts of chakra. (WIP
• Fixed the strength stat, allowing players to gain ranks upon death immediately, and to have excess chakra.
• Added a bunch of Recipes
• Added Steel ore and its smelted variants.
• Added Cloth and Chakra-infused items.
• Anbu Robes now scramble player names if not paired with an Anbu mask.  If the owner isn't wearing a mask and looks at another, it unscrambles for as long as the owner keeps looking. (WIP)

Cursemarks:

• Tayuya
• Sakon and Ukon

Do not use both of these, as they are still heavy WIP; only the release and their initial marks have been made. No stage one or two yet.

New Keybind 

• I for chakra infusing and imbuing items <- System for later

Custom Dojutsu GUI now scans active resource packs for textures

The texture browser previously only showed hardcoded paths and textures found in the mod JAR. Any texture added via a resource pack was invisible to the browser. Added a third scan pass that iterates all enabled resource packs (ZIP and folder types) and looks for PNGs under assets/shinobiaddon/textures/dynamic/.
