Shielding Totems

Shielding Totems are now crafted (a totem plus a shield), rather than all totems being turned into Shielding Totems. This serves two purposes:

• Players who find the shield functionality disruptive can avoid the feature.
• The pack can be made lighter by including the shielding components in the recipe output, rather than repeatedly checking for a player holding a totem and updating the item in their hand.
