Updated to 1.21 NeoForge!

This is an EXPERIMENTAL update and a lot of things may not work properly. The Known Issues segment lists all the issues that I could find when updating, but there may still be other bugs so use at your own risk.

Removals

• Removed Timekeeper's Umbrella
  • i added it for the novelty but couldn't think of anything i wanted to do with it sorry hat in time fans (myself included) :(

Changes

• Fixed Rose Thorn and Wicked Ivy not boosting each other's abilities when used together
• Absolution's passive ability now costs extra durability when activated
• Counterblow enchantment now increases durability cost with enchantment level
• Changed Noxious Bloom
  • Changed item rarity to Uncommon
  • Made more flammable

Known Issues

• Maelstrom's active ability does not function
• Chorus Bloom's active ability does not function
• Hands of Luna's passive ability does not function
  • Until it's fixed, its base damage has been temporarily increased from 4 to 6
  • The glow effect still works
• Weighted Strike enchantment does not function
• Many sound effects play twice when triggered
