At last, a real, serious update. Aren't those a diamond a dozen?

Added deepslate lead and silver ores.
Normal lead and silver ores can no longer spawn at deepslate level.
Added the ability to smelt sand into glass in a blast furnace. Didn't I add this in a previous update?
Added the ability to smelt soul sand into tinted glass. I could've sworn I also added this in the past.
Fixed Kamutoke's texture facing the wrong way and inverted the recipe to match that.
Made several tiny changes and bug fixes.
