Remote server list loading:
Preset servers can now be loaded from a remote URL (HTTP/HTTPS). This makes it easy to manage the server list across multiple clients from a single source.
- Add
remoteUrlandenableRemoteto yourconfig/serverpresets.json - Remote and local server lists are merged automatically
- Falls back to the local list if the remote fetch fails, so startup is never blocked
