!Serene Valley Pre-Release: More Little Things !Background Image

This update pushes to add more small mods to improve visual immersion, some back-end optimizations and quality of life changes, as well as adding new neat features alongside it all. Also, the Nether generation has been slightly changed with the addition and removal of some mods. More resourcepacks have been added for greater visuals, and another shaderpack has been added as an option.

Note: mod Crawl has a weird interaction with First-Person Model where you can briefly see the neck of the player model clip in front of you. Whether this will make the First-Person Model mod removed is currently unknown.

Amplified Nether was removed in favor of Nightosphere with more consistent landscapes and less extremely vast open spaces. Simple Day Display has been removed as it is redundant with the addition of Vanilla Refresh, and it's removal also allows the use of the Distant Horizons live chunk update above the hotbar.

Better, Fresher 3D Books, while is a really good resourcepack, it creates inconsistencies with mod-added enchantments, which create more books. In order to avoid clashing of different book visuals, it will be replaced with the resourcepack listed above made by the same creator, Bray's Better Books, which still uses the same item textures.
