Recipe changes

• Changed recipes for Bank Storage of tier 3 and higher to require different smithing templates instead, to try and balance them a bit more
• Had to manually remove the recipe for Create: Food Bread Slices because for some reason it was still there and had an empty output, causing bread to be voided when you cut it
