Sensible Inventory Tweaks

Changes

• Witches Loot Table massively cleaned up, only drop Redstone Dust, Gunpowder and Glowstone now
• Ravagers no longer drop Saddles since they cna be easily crafted
• Buried "Treasure" Loot Table now working as intended
• Magma Block can be unpacked back into 4 Magma Cream
• Bottles now craft for 16

Additions

• Red Nether Brick missing blocks added (Fence, Cracked and Chiseled)
• Added Block of Gunpowder and Block of Sugar, crafted with 9 Gunpowder and Sugar respectively, can be unpacked into their respective ingredient and obey gravity
• Added Block of Feathers, crafted with and into 9 feathers, and functions identically to Hay Blocks, negating a heavy amount of fall damage
• Added Packed Snow blocks, Cut Packed Ice blocks and Cut Blue Ice blocks, which can be made into stairs, slabs and walls
