Added Vanilla's Pale Garden to the "is_spooky" and "is_dead" biome tags.
- This will mean that dynamic surroundings will give the biome dense fog as well as very little ambience!
Added Yung's Lost Caves as well as Clifftree's warm caves to variants and venture's deserts tag.
- This will ensure that desert variant mobs will spawn there.
Added Clifftree's Mushroom Caves to the "is_mushroom" tag.
