2.5.4 -> HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS????

Basically, the animation was being broken by Minecraft... what?

• Fixed premature wake-up during sleep animation (clear weather, rain, and thunderstorm).
• Players now stay sleeping until the animation actually finishes.
• Fixed weather reset consistency after sleeping (rain/thunder no longer fail due to premature cancel of sleep state).
• Reworked weather reset config: from true/false to chance % (0-100).
• Updated config UI (Fabric/NeoForge) and command support for percentage values.

2.5.3 -> IMPORTANT FIX UPDATE

• Fixed a crash on dedicated (NeoForge) servers.
• Optional config/UI mods are now truly optional again (Fabric only requires Fabric API).
• Improved fallback config screen message visibility (when optional mods are not installed).
• Standardized config persistence to .toml with NightConfig support and legacy compatibility.
