SCP: Secret Augmentation

• Removed all status effects from the SCP spawners (they were causing too many issues, this means players may have to heal after spawning, sorry)
• Fixed some other issues with the spawners
• Added 2 new game rules (mostly for maps), one makes it so being hit by SCP 106 teleports you to the end, builders can add some fun event there, the other one disables hunger, so players can still sprint, but not regen health.

I want to start working on added some more blocks to the mod, allowing for maps to be built!
