✨ New Features:

• ➕ /sd get command added

• View stored database values for any player on a specific scoreboard.
• Fully permission protected.

• Shows:

• Player name
• Scoreboard name
• Saved score from the database

️️⚒️Improvements:

• All messages have been standardized to English

• Consistent formatting across all commands
• Scoreboard names are now wrapped like: [SD] Scoreboard '' ...
• Improved clarity in command feedback

• Added colorized tag [SD] prefix for all output messages (except raw data output like /get).
