Added some new config settings to control when text is truncated in the scoreboard:
"Minimum width" and "Maximum width" settings control the maximum collapsed width and the minimum expanded width of the scoreboard
"Truncate long text" can be turned off to always show the complete scoreboard text
"Truncate large scores" can be turned off to always show the complete score value ("3K" -> "3,210")
"Show score values" can configure whether score values are rendered. This can help avoid buggy score rendering in some server resource packs.
