weight based spawn system so new modded mobs doesn't block vanilla mobs(beetle was spawn proofing hoglin)
light level spawn restriction on inflicted mobs so player can spawn proof them progression base spawning for overworld mobs (starts spawning after player gets iron tier guns, this gun progression is in base mode)
max number restriction and water spawn fix to Big Lump (maximum of 3 in loaded overworld naturally, can exist more if spawn by egg)
max number restriction spawn fix to netherite eater, head hunter(maximum of 2 in loaded nether)
